Shipping Update and Creature Stats!

Thank you all so much for your patience over the past few weeks. We finally received the final shipment of the Breaker of Men models and will be getting the last pledge rewards in the mail next week!

Breaker of Men Update

Hey Everyone,  we wanted to update you all on the breaker of men's new casts and the fulfillment of the project as a whole.

We're excited to say that we're nearly fully fulfilled, with just a couple dozen orders left. Earlier this week we received almost all of the "New Breaker of Men" casts and just like that they all went out the door.  (ps. the new casts looked amazing) 

With the last order of models on their way, we should be able to completely fulfill the Kickstarter very soon!

Originally this Update was also supposed to include the Monster Stats PDF but unfortunately, we uncovered an issue regarding what we're legally allowed to use in the D&D rule system, and so we had to make a few adjustments. That being said you should be able to expect the new and improved PDF available next week.

Fulfilment Update and News about the Breaker of Men

Hello Everyone!

It's been a little while since we last spoke, so we wanted to give everyone an update as to where we are on fulfilment and other news on the project.

Fulfilment & the New Breaker of Men

As of right now, we have well over half the orders shipped. Many of you have already gotten your models while others should have theirs on the way as we speak. With that being said, we've encountered a slight hiccup with one of our models and it\ has slowed some things down on our end.

We do a meticulous check on each of our models before they are sent out. That means we look at each piece to ensure there are no issues, so each backer receives the highest possible quality. 

That process went smoothly for all of our models except for the Breaker of Men, which had a recurring issue that didn't meet our standards. Nearly all of the models had one or several large holes in the cape. Once we discovered this, we started to work with Zealot on a solution and have created a new version of the Breaker. (with a new and improved cape that's thicker than the last)

So what does that mean for you?

Any package that can be shipped will be shipped. If you have a Breaker of Men in your order you may still have a package on its way, but for the majority it will be just a little while longer as we get the new models from the UK. We will be paying for expedited shipping to ensure that this delay is a slight as possible. 

We truly appreciate everyone's patience with this project! This is our first dive in to miniatures, and so we are putting all that we have into ensuring we've created a great product.

We've got exciting news everyone!

As of today, we're officially packaging and shipping orders for Counterspell Miniatures! Because this Kickstarter is more intimate we're fulfilling out of our Portland office. As you're all aware there's a lot of small and more delicate pieces in this Kickstarter compared to our others, and so the packaging process is a little different compared to what we're used to. With that being said we're taking extreme care to make sure you're models get to you safely.

Timeframe

Just like all Kickstarters shipping is always a little fittily and so even though we expect most backers to have their minis in the next few weeks, it's not guaranteed. As always we are working hard to make sure your package arrives to you as quickly as possible.

Monster Stats

The Monster Stats PDF has been designed but is going through one last proof to make sure Jeremiah didn't leave in any spelling errors. You can expect the PDF ready for download in the next week or so!

Locking Orders and Charging Cards

As the time to begin shipping your pledge rewards draws near, we need to begin locking orders and charging credit cards. You have until Friday 11 June to make adjustments to your order. We will be locking the orders at 5pm EST. 

If you have any outstanding charge for shipping or add-on items we will begin processing payments Friday 11 June as well. 

We are so pleased with the final results on all of these miniatures and we can't wait to get them into your hands. Thank you all so much for your support on this project, The Mistress is most pleased!
